After a busy day of baseball in Cooperstown you may find your relief in the Bullpen! This converted basement apartment in a 70's farmhouse on a large old farm. This is just the spot to relax. The 1200 sq ft newly rehabbed apartment . Newly rehabbed includes: custom tiled shower, counter tops, vanities and closets cut outs and hand made mixed hardwood pass through kitchen bar counter. Two bedrooms will comfortably accommodate three people for extended stays. Enjoy this country setting! Cell service is poor in the apartment. Walking up to the driveway is best for receiving service. Heating is baseboard and the dials to turn them on are on the units themselves. Also cooling is by fans.

The Bullpen apartment is tastefully set up, well constructed and has everything you'd want in a home away from home. I was pleasantly surprised with this basement apartment. Catherine is the most thoughtful, gracious host as she was quick and responsive with any information I needed. The apartment is just perfect! Kitchen is larger than I expected and contains everything you'd want. The bed is super comfy. Whole apartment is stylishly designed. Location is peaceful in the country yet only 8 min. from W. Oneonta. Absolutely loved this place.
This is the second time I’ve stayed with Catherine, and the “Bullpen” feels very much like home. Would be eager to stay again in the future!!

Don't under estimate this charming basement unit, we really enjoyed our stay at Coopertowns because of coming back to place to relax.
Perfect place to stay for a baseball tournament. The host stocks the apartment well and you even have a full sized washer and dryer to take care of the dirty uniforms. It is a basement apartment, so you do have steep steps to enter.

The bullpen is located on an old large farm. The house is separated into two parts the upstairs and downstairs. The farm has five driveways. The property is located about five minutes from Laurens town center or 8 minutes outside of West Oneonta and the Dream Parks. The neighborhood is quiet and out in the country
Must have a vehicle, preferably an SUV or AWD vehicle. This location is in the country on a paved county hwy.
