We loved staying (again) at Erica's place. She is a great host. We feel so at home here and appreciate Erica's thoughtfulness and responsiveness. Highly recommend.

Erica’s place was perfect for me to stay in the area near to family while my house underwent renovations. The laundry room was a great boon and the backyard was perfect for my dog, she also loved sitting on the couch in the front porch area watching squirrels out the window. Erica thoughtfully provided a covering for her to sit on and still protect the furniture and there were dog treats and a bowlful of snacks waiting for us when we checked in. There was a lot of sleeping space available and Erica was very responsive to my questions and any issues that arose.

The place was very clean, though with a rustic feel. Erica was quick to respond and allowed for an extended check out that was free of hassle.

I really enjoyed my stay and Erica was a great host. The property, garden and furniture, although clearly listed as 'antique' is a bit worn and could do with an update but it was clean and tidy. The location is good for walking to the Main Street where there are a couple of nice restaurants. I thought it was a 4-bedroom property but it was a 2-bedroom; this wasn't an issue at all for me as I was alone but could be misleading if you need 4. Good value for money for this area and I would definitely stay here again if it's available.

Quaint home close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Host was incredibly kind and very helpful! Would stay here again.
