In Les Andelys, a historic town known for its "Chateau Gaillard", between Paris and Deauville, near Giverny, we welcome 12/14 adults and 4/6 children in two houses comprising 7 bedrooms and 6.5 shower/bathrooms, a swimming pool and a lighted clay tennis court. You can explore Normandy, its historical sites, its beaches or for sports enthusiasts: Tennis, bike rides, jogging, walks in forests, exploration of caves.... We offer 2 houses for rent: A contemporary house, the “Tennis house”, located opposite the clay tennis court. This house which has been completely renovated includes a large living and dining room of approximately 60 m2 with a convertible bed for 2 people, a kitchen, a bedroom with 4 single beds or 2 king size double beds depending on the tenant's choice for 4 people, and two shower rooms with WC, one of which is reserved for the bedroom. The indoor dining table can accommodate up to 12/14 people and the outdoor round tables can accommodate up to 18 people. -A historic house, the “Maison des Fontainettes”, the name it bore when the painter Manzana PISSARRO, son of Camille PISSARRO, lived there with his beloved. This old house has been completely renovated and includes a large living space with open equipped kitchen, a huge table suspended in the air weighing 450 kg, which can accommodate 18 people seated, a lounge area with 2 large sofas and a mezzanine with a large cinema-type screen , fitted out with comfortable mattresses on the floors to make the most of the big screen. This “Maison des Fontainettes” includes 6 bedrooms on 2 levels; 5 rooms for adults on the Ground Floor, including one with a kitchen area including a fridge, a microwave, hotplates and a sink and 3 others on the 1st floor including one for young children, all of which can accommodate 10 adults comfortably seated in a high-end bedding and 4 to 6 children in a “kid’s room” fitted out with mattresses on the floor; the idea being to make them all sleep together. If there are more than 4/6 children, it is also possible to arrange the living room mezzanine in the same way. The 3 bedrooms on the Ground Floor have their own shower room or bathroom with WC and the 3 other bedrooms on the 1st floor share a very large shower room with WC. A separate WC with hand basin is also installed on the Ground Floor. If you wish to organize a lunch or dinner with additional guests, the outdoor tables set up on the terrace will accommodate up to 26/28 people. The details of the bedding of the two houses: In the contemporary house, called “Maison Tennis”, a single bedroom which can accommodate 4 single beds (90cm x 200 cm each), 2 King size beds (200 cm x 200 cm), or 1 King size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), and 2 single beds (90cm x 200 cm each). And the sofa bed in the living room is equipped with a classic double mattress. In the old house, called "Maison des Fontainettes", 2 of the 5 adult bedrooms can be prepared with 2 single beds (90cm x 200 cm each) or 1 King Size double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), another bedroom can be prepared in 2 single beds (90cm x 200 cm each) or a Queen size bed (180cm x 200cm) and the other 2 bedrooms have a classic double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The children's room can accommodate many combinations, single or double beds. Mattresses are generally installed on almost the entire floor surface and beds are prepared according to the tenant's choice.
