We had a fabulous stay at Mathilde’s beautiful home. On opening the private gates to the house, we were truly blown away at the stunning residence and grounds. The location is very peaceful and we all felt extremely relaxed during our stay. The house was very well presented with lots of charming features- the pool, piano, trampoline and ping pong table were all very welcome additions that made our holiday extra special. Locals were very friendly and amenities were close by. It’s a great base to see the sights including beautiful walks, chateaux Gaillon, Biotropica, Monet’s beautiful House and Garden or for visiting the sandy beaches which are only a 1 & 1/2 hour drive away. As a host, Mathilde was extremely friendly, helpful and gracious. If we had any questions or queries, she was on hand almost instantly to assist. She gave clear instructions and guides to facilitate a happy holiday. This is a real gem and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Absolute pleasure to stay at this beautiful family retreat in a very pretty part of Normandy. From start to finish we had a lovely stay! The touches throughout the house were a special bonus, as was the pool and various other leisure pursuits. Garden is lovely and well kept and parking for 3 cars was a bonus. Great house for a group of adults looking to enjoy each others company and have relaxed meals and drinks - which is exactly what we did! Host Mathilde is lovely and grateful she entrusted me with her lovely Villa. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Our extended family of 8 (including 3 children 12, 10 and 7y and grandparents in their late 70s) had a fabulous time at Mathilde's property. The house is very beautiful and extremely well provisioned with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. The children loved the very big garden, pool, trampoline and ping pong table. The house is old but extremely charming, and tastefully decorated. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and lots of seating and good sized bedrooms. Mathilde was very responsive and gave clear helpful communication. It was a joy to stay in this gorgeous property! Thank you!
