This is a renovated garage, badly done. There is a large picture window overlooking the parking lot, which puts you on display for viewing. Unless you use the old roll-up warehouse door that seems to be the window curtain. No, really; a pull-the-chain warehouse door as a shade. The door itself is old, rusty, and filthy. Yuck. Access to the 'deck' for 'water views' is impossible, as the entry door is permanently locked. This is a full-length glass door, the kind you see at a convenience store. The (ha-ha) 'window treatment' is a pull-down shade that's mounted 2/3s up the door. Wish I could post photos because you can't believe how tacky this is. The place was delivered to me uncleaned; sticky floor, pet hair, and unchanged bed sheets from the previous occupant. Bed frame was broken, no mattress support. Slept (?) in a divot. The oven is so dirty that you can't see through the glass door. Oh, and this was a first in my years of renting: no TV. No TV! Rare find, indeed. I should hope so.
