Tranquil surroundings. Peaceful, birds chirping, clean cut lawns, beautiful gardens. We have to travel to the area often and have found our new place to stay.

We booked four of the units for a one night stay. The units are set in beautiful gardens and are actually part of a wedding venue. It is a lovely place except for the fact that the units were dirty and dusty and hadn't been cleaned in a long while. The kettle in one of the rooms was completely covered in ants, inside and out, and the showers had bits of soap and scum together with the dust that had built up. There was dust on the crockery and cutlery etc. The units are old and there is maintenance needed as well. Thankfully we were only booked there for one night. The caretaker, Ben, was extremely helpful and assisted us to clean up when we complained. I discussed our concerns with the host, Cornelia and she promised to sort out the problems, which I hope they do for the sake of future guests.
