Our stay at Villa Nova was great. Perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of room to spead out and find your own space, including porches, the game room and a beautiful large back yard. Tree plantings in the backyard provide nice privacy from nearby houses. Ocean views, and a short walk to Crescent Beach and the Lobster Pound. Just a short drive to Wells Beach lot or Ogunquit North lot for fun at the beach. The extra parking out back was handy at times. Overall, a great place! Thanks, Jessica
This house and it's thoughtful furnishings is wonderful. Lots of outdoor and indoor games, things to do. Perfect for kids. Every household item needed is provided. Nice gas grill with adjacent picnic tables. Short walk to shore, short drive to restaurants and shops. You will not go wrong staying at Villa Nova!
This was the perfect choice for our week in Maine. The listing is accurate; the house is clean and comfortable. All adults and kids had an awesome time (we were 12 total) and there was plenty of space to stretch out both in the house and in the backyard. An easy walk to the beach and a relaxing home to come back to at the end of the day. Well worth it!

The house is a few minutes’ walk to the rocky shoreline and about a ten-minute walk/2-minute bike ride to your choice of two Wells beaches (Moody or Crescent). Moody Beach connects to Ogunquit Beach. The house is centrally located and is just a 10-minute drive to Ogunquit and 15 minutes to Kennebunkport.
