Had a lovely long weekend at Madeleine’s and Susan’s place, located right on top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Macedon ranges. It was exactly what we hoped for located in a private property with all the amenities to have a cozy and private stay. A special mention to the wonderful hosts Madeleine and Susan, always on top of things and ready to help when needed. A unique find and definitely worth a visit again for a getaway.

This was our second stay and it was perfect. Very clean, friendly communication and felt so comfortable. Highly recommend this 5 star accommodation. We will be back.

Wow, what a place! Lovely two bed cottage with north facing verandah with views towards Mount Macedon and beyond. Lovely dark skies with only a little light pollution from Melbourne to the south east. There were rabbits and kangaroos near by too. Cottage is in a great position, close to Gisborne and Sunbury for shopping, restaurants etc. Recommend booking a visit to nearby Dingo Foundation. Cottage had all the necessary amenities including a well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended and will be revisiting when next in Australia.

Madeleine’s place was a perfect base to explore the surrounding countryside and relax. I’d also complement her responsiveness and friendliness in all our communications given some last minute changes to the trip; made us feel right at home.
