I love this apartment - stayed here a year ago too - for an event at the UD Arena. Totally easy drive into Dayton and to Cincinnati and it's in a great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

BEWARE: garage access card will likely not work. We were not told electronic apt door key worked on outside doors of building so had to wait for someone else to come home to get into garage so to get into apt. VERY FRUSTRATING. After 2nd card failed had to call emergency # on Sunday for 3rd card. There were no drinking glasses, wash clothes or dishwasher soap. The garbage disposal did not work. After purchasing dishwasher soap to run dishwasher it backed up in the sink since disposal did not work. No coffee maker in apt. I was told to go downstairs to get coffee from community room but no cups were available. Horrible way to start day with coffee issue and end day with garage issues. Upon entering apt was greeted by a strong unpleasant air freshener I immediately unplugged. Possibly trying to cover up smell from faulty sink garage disposal. We were in town for immediate family member funeral and dealing with this unnecessary stress did not make our trip any easier.

Really nice apartment and location. Very clean an spacious. I will definitely visit again if I could. Only criticism is the slow communication by the hosts representatives, causing a delay to entry. However, they finally responded and even refunded our lost night! Thank you.

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable as well as the living room sofa. We could never figure out how to watch the regular TV channels and there were no instructions. The picture showed there would be shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower but two of the three were empty so we needed to go out and buy some. Also the bedroom light and fan did not work so it was very dark in there at night. I reported these things to the owner who said they would be attended to but that didn't help us during our time there. Other than these things, the place was very nice and we did enjoy the pool.
