Mark and Lillie his fur baby were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfy. We didnt realise the room was in the main building and did find ourselves trying to limit noise we made.

Mark is a charming and thoughtful host and very knowledgeable. The property, a character filled cottage, is a perfect stop on the way to the East Coast in the centre of the beautiful Fingal Valley, [great hills, rivers and critters] and an easy drive to check out the midland towns as well. Thoroughly recommended.

Very restful - extremely comfy bed! Mark was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we need. Lovely breakfast. Lily was available for pats. Will recommend highly to family and friends.

We really enjoyed chatting to Mark about the area, and he solved a few mysteries for us about various things we had noticed around Tas. Mark was so friendly and made us feel very much at home. Avoca is a quiet little town with friendly residents and is well situated for day trips around this part of Tas. Nearby Campbell Town has shops etc.
