The unit itself was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. Sadly, the week we were there, construction was in high gear, noise was an issue, and parking was a challenge. Not having a pool and beach access (clearly spelled out in the listing) put a damper on vacation, but we would highly recommend once all is complete. Josh and Charla were wonderful hosts!

The condo was wonderful, as were the hosts! Josh and Charla were incredibly responsive when we had a question. The condo was really cute! It had everything we needed. The only thing that bothered me was the number of utensils (there was like 7 forks). So if that's my only complaint, you know it was a really good place. There was construction going on while we were there so there wasn't direct beach access. But there were multiple places that you could go to for beach access within walking distance or a short drive. The construction was not noticeable to us at all, other than some signs that said construction was going on. I really appreciated that they had beach stuff there so we didn't have to bring our own or buy things. Plus the beach was WONDERFUL! One last note. I asked my son what his favorite part of our vacation was and he said the condo. So it also had the kid stamp of approval.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I for our spring break. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The beach was just a short walk away and there was a ton to do in the area. We had a great time.

I really appreciated the upfront information regarding the work being done, in the complex as well as the ocean front. This listing was very spacious, beautifully decorated and we really loved everything about it. It may not have faced the ocean but the access to the beach was within walking distance. Communication was superb. There were a lot of nice touches that made it feel like home away from home. The photo's do not do this condo justice. Thanks for a great and painless stay. We really did feel at home.
