Great place right on the beach. Condo was fully remodeled and right on the beach.

My only three gripes were the unclear checkin instructions, the AC being on its last legs, and some of the glassware was not already clean. There were 2 codes that we needed to gain entry into the property and we were only given one of the codes just to get the keys. It took several phone calls to figure out which code was which and having this information morning of would’ve alleviated a lot of problems. If you stay here, reach out to the host early because the provide instructions may not be clear enough. The AC was working very hard to keep the place hovering at 75. It took an entire day for the unit to get it there from 85. The cleaning person must’ve not turned it on prior to us arriving but either way the system absolutely needs to be replaced. Lastly some of the glasses were grimy in the cabinets. Very minor inconvenience but we did have to wash a few things. Overall we loved our stay and would consider going back once beach access is available again and the AC is replaced!

This place is everything that was described and so much more. The building is undergoing construction to repair hurricane damage but that didn't take away from the space at all. We were there while the new roof was being put on and even that didn't take away from this incredible space. The unit is on the top floor and the view is incredible. Since the beach access is currently closed we were able to take a short walk to the next access point. The breakfast place, Lily's and the Philly place Little Phillies are also walking distance as well as a couple pizza places. Everything else is just a quick drive away. We were about 15 mins from downtown Cocoa Beach. It was nice to be able to drive just a short way and be in the middle of everything. We had an issue with getting the tvs to work but within minutes we were given help to get things up and rolling. Everyone in the building was so nice and friendly. We highly recommend this property. Can't wait to visit when the renovations are done!

This place was absolutely breath taking and very close to so many things! The host was very sweet and very quick with responding to any questions or issues. Even though the place was undergoing some construction, it was still the perfect place to getaway on the beach. I will definitely be making a come back when things are done renovating!
