Our home accommodates up to 6 guests. The open-concept kitchen and living room create a warm and inviting space for your family to gather. A bonus living area adds flexibility to your stay, perfect for family activities or unwinding. It's just a short walk to the beach!! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is just a ½ mile to the beach and is in a quiet neighborhood. Watch a Rocket Launch from the front porch!! We are conveniently located in a family-friendly and safe neighborhood, just South of Cocoa Beach and Patrick Space Force Base. The nearest beach access has restrooms, bike racks, and plenty of parking. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are all nearby. With its prime location, we are 50 minutes from the Orlando Airport, 15 minutes from the Melbourne Airport, and 10 minutes from Viera. *****PETS MAY BE ACCOMMODATED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL***** BACKYARD The huge private backyard is great for relaxing. You can have a BBQ, play a game of corn hole, or relax by the fire pit. We have a large patio with an outdoor sectional and a large umbrella for shade. There is an outdoor dining table for 6 people. There is a fire pit area with seating for 4 and a hammock for lounging, as well. There is an outdoor camera in the front yard and one in the backyard to monitor the outside of the home. KITCHEN The kitchen has been newly remodeled and offers everything you'll need for on-the-go food prep or full-fledged meals. Appliances include an Instant Pot, a kettle, an air fryer, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a full set of pots and pans, a microwave, a gas oven, and a fridge. The kitchen has quartz countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and all the cooking essentials. Large island with seating for 2. The dining table seats 6 people. LIVING ROOM The open concept living area offers a place to relax, watch tv, play games and enjoy each other’s company. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a Roku Smart TV with Spectrum cable, as well, for local channels and 15 premium channels. BEDROOMS Down the hallway, you’ll find three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds. Washer/Dryer located in hallway. BATHROOMS Master bath with shower and hall bath with tub/shower combo. Toilet with bidet. BONUS ROOM The bonus room offers an additional space with a home office work area, for anyone who needs to work remotely, during their stay. There is a sofa and a Smart Roku TV, as well. GARAGE In the garage, you'll find a beach toys, towels, and chairs, which are available for you to use. There are bicycles for use, as well. AMENITIES: WIFI high speed internet. Smart TVs in living rooms & all bedrooms; cable with local channels and 15 premium channels in master bedroom and living rooms. HVAC. You are in control of the temperature of house. There is a thermostat in the hallway. We believe you should be able to maintain a temperature that is comfortable for you. Echo Show for playing music, beach chairs, boogie boards, cornhole, beach towels, and firepit. We have board games, puzzles, and reading materials. Parking will accommodate 4 cars in the driveway. Use the provided ash can. No more than 8 people allowed on the property at any time. ** Please note this home is in a quiet residential area. Please respect our neighbors, keep noise down, and no parties!! Parties or noise complaints will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. DISCLOSURE: There is an outdoor camera in the front yard and one in the backyard to monitor the outside of the home. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the property. Children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for loss of your personal belongings or valuables.
