Ged & Danielle are wonderful hosts! They made sure that we had everything we needed and answered any questions very quickly. They take pride in their home and in hosting. Very accommodating and the house is an escape all in itself. I would highly recommend staying at the lucky duck!

We cannot say enough about our stay at Ged & Danielle’s beach front property! The view was absolutely stunning and the property was spotless. We have stayed at several places in the area and this property by far is our favorite. The house was fully stocked with all of the supplies needed to for our stay. They even have soap dispensers in each bathroom which allowed for quick and easy post beach showers. The pool was clean, warm and shaded which was awesome! We can’t wait to stay at this property again!
Our family had a great stay for our first time at Surfside Beach. Having walkable options for food and treats after a day on the beach and time spent in the pool was a great amenity. Would definitely recommend!

We are a homeschooling family of 3 who love to travel as well as host fellow travelers. Ged is a retired public school teacher & media specialist. Danielle is a retired paralegal. We are both certified Yoga & Wellness Instructors. Our passion is simply to live LIFE to the fullest combining yoga, mindful travel & the great outdoors whenever possible. We strive to embrace each new moment and experience while making new friends along the way.
