1st off, We were grateful there was an opening on Saturday night on Memorial weekend, even though we paid a LOT more than the place was worth, it was the only place left. Mammoth Inn was overall not bad. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and the fridge was packed with snacks, milk and fruit juice. There was a table with setting for 4 which was nice to eat dinner, which the pizza place is walking distance. Parking was tight and thank goodness Sal was available to guide us to our parking spot. The cost of the stay at Mammoth Inn was the same price as The Westin… but they had no vacancy.

Great place! Easy check-in and check-out. Close to a few restaurants and bars that are walking distance. Will definitely be back.

The stay was not something I would recommend. In the first picture of the listing is a full cabin look like. Then other pictures include the lobby and balcony which are not a part of the stay. Also when we got there we were promised free parking. Parking was available but it was not safe for us to get into it. The front of the room had safe parking but that was always full. There driveway that was there was all icy and snowy making it almost impossible for my car to make it down and back out. Parking was just a joke and not safe at all. I also wanted to add how the hot water in the shower kept going out every second making showers hell and there was knocking on the employee only door at night making me very uncomfortable. Lastly, the carbon dioxide and fire detectors were all obviously broken.

This place is great in terms of location, comfort, amenities, and is so close to the bus or gondola. One issue with the place- the noise. The walls seem to be on the thinner side, and we could hear all these noises. the people above us had children crying, a dog scrambling around, and phones going off. It made it a bit difficult to sleep. Other than that I really do love the place for its location and comfort. I guess this is a lesson for me to bring ear plugs next time!
