Patrick made everything easy for us and we so enjoyed our stay at this Charleston cottage. It has a beachy vibe, very clean and crisp. Comfortable beds. The place had everything we needed and more. We were in town for our son’s wedding and the location of the cottage was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful. We were able to get to all the venues and the beach within a 15 minute drive. We love James Island and enjoyed walking the neighborhoods and biking the county park. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. Patrick is a great host, he made us feel welcome and was very attentive. A great 5 star stay!

This is an absolute gem of a home! You must stay here!!! All the comforts of home. You’ve all your necessities covered; and a short drive or walk to all you need!

This is a very well maintained property. We wished the weather had been good enough to enjoy the patio. It was so inviting. My daughter and I were very comfortable during our stay.

Location was perfect for us, close enough to both the beach and downtown, and with the exception of New Years Eve, the evenings were quiet. The place had what we needed and the host made sure we knew we only had to ask if anything was missing. Most things were bargain brand, but that is typical with these stays. We never sleep well on beds when traveling, but these beds were better than most for us.
