Plenty of durable plastic cups and dishes are provided for your use. ✅ No adjustments of pool equipment are permitted. (Any Manual adjustment of the pool will incur a fee of $400) ✅ In the event the Spa Heater malfunctions or does not heat or operate properly the sole remedy will be refund of the Spa Heat Fee. ✅ The pool area is not for events, inviting other guests are not allowed in the pool or on the property.

Great stay! The property was very clean and just as described. Parking was easy and the pool and heated spa were perfect from a late spring visit. Highly recommend!
Our stay was great! We had 7 people in our group (3 couples +1) and there was plenty of space for us all. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. The host was very responsive if we had questions from the time of booking to the time of check out. There pool and hot tub were clean and the hot tub heated up in about 35 minutes from the time I turned it on using the instructions given to me by the host. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas and a wagon and other items which made going to folly beach very convenient. The only thing that was a negative but easily remedied was the amount of toilet paper and paper towels left for us to use. But easy enough we just bought some when we went grocery shopping for our stay. The location was perfect as we went to downtown Charleston several times, Folly Beach once and Kiawah Island Golf Club once. The location was central to all of these areas. Folly Beach was only a few miles away, Charleston 25 mins most trips and golf just 40 mins.
This house was perfect for our family! It was very clean and well maintained, a great space inside and out!! The location was wonderful given its proximity to the beach and downtown. The hosts were extremely responsive and great to work with!

My family of four enjoyed staying at this location. It was very convenient to downtown and the tourist attractions. The home was well-appointed and great for a family that includes young children.

We highly recommend using ride-sharing services to avoid the hassle and cost of parking.
