Welcome to my cozy apartment in the heart of Cali. This apartment is the perfect place to explore the city, as it is located within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, such as the Museum of Modern Art, the Jorge Isaacs Theater, the Ermita, the Boulevard del Rio, the Plazoleta Jairo Varela and one street from the pink zone full of restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs and shops in Granada. The cat park just 10 minutes away on foot as well as the Peñon, San Antonio on a 2nd floor. The brightest flat due to 2 skylights; on top of the stairs to access the apartment already inside of the unit and another in the living room. It has a super large glass door that frames the complete patio. It has 2 double bedroom, each with its own bathroom and AC units and a powder bathroom for guests. Both rooms face the very quiet street. Living-dinning room, and kitchen are all open in a same space facing the patio. There is a small studio area with access to a tiny balcony

We loved our stay in the super comfortable apartment. The patio is really nice . The apartment is well centered, close to all the parks , mall you can walk everywhere
Stop looking for places to stay and book this now! John & Kiku are amazing hosts! Prior to staying here, my partner and I had reserved a room at Hotel Faranda. The hotel was so awful that after a few hours, I began looking for an Airbnb. I found John & Kiku's building and fortunately, he had one unit available. I messaged him very late (it must have been midnight or 1:00 a.m.) and he quickly responded. He was so polite, offered to communicate in English for our ease, and made arrangements for our check-in the following day. We were late to check-in because the Faranda Hotel had lost our passports, and unfortunately, this made us late to check-in. We felt terrible about it so we were sure to leave a little extra for Trini (John's helper) as a thank-you for waiting on us. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, strong wifi, and felt like home with all the beautiful decor. This was one of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed. Book it now!!

The Granada neighborhood is one of the most traditional and emblematic neighborhoods in Cali. It is located on the banks of the Cali River, opposite the old town. It is an important example of Colombian republican architecture. From large neoclassical style mansions to modern buildings. A tourist destination where visitors can enjoy architecture and culture.
It is also an important gastronomic destination. In its streets there are numerous restaurants that offer a wide variety of cuisines, from traditional Valle del Cauca and Colombian to international.
The Granada neighborhood of Cali is a relatively small neighborhood, so it is possible to get around on foot. However, if you want to reach other neighborhoods in the city, you can take public transportation or a taxi.
Taxis in Cali are yellow and numbered. They are a quick and comfortable way to get around the city. Different platforms also work such as Uber, Cabify, DiDi... which are very practical, safe and economical.

I am from Cali Colombia but I have lived abroad most of my life, however, I always wanted to return to Colombia and I am fulfilling that dream, as it has also been my dream to contribute something to the country and that is precisely why we started the Casa Rambla Serra project to show the friendly face of our city Cali.
