The property matched the images, with a spacious layout and lovely garden that the kids enjoyed, especially the piano room. Points to consider for fellow travellers: 1) There's a noticeable damp smell throughout the house, you'll have it on you 2)The shared top-floor bathrooms lacked water pressure, be prepared to share the en-suites 3) The loft bathroom had a recurring blockage issue, causing a foul smell. Recurring known issue 4)The house is off a busy road, leading to disruptive traffic noise, this will affect sleeping 5)The staircase, though fun for kids, is impractical for those with mobility issues 6) Finding the house off the main road, especially at night, can be challenging 7) Not practical for walking with kids, a car is essential due to the need to cross the busy road twice for access While the area is nice, I'd opt for other accommodations next time. I hope my insights help future guests.

Bruno and Mary’s place was perfect for our 14 person family getaway. Lovely decor in a grand and special house. The garden was wonderful and the kids spent lots of time on the trampoline, the kitchen big enough with enough of everything. Lots of piano playing on the baby grand. Kids loved the board games. Plenty of parking space. A bit of night time noise from the road if you’re sleeping in the front of the house but otherwise is a wonderful place and would definitely recommend! Bruno and Mary were very accommodating when out baby was having a nap over the checkout time too.

This home is really exceptional and so spacious. It's a really excellent space for building memories and every detail was so catered for and considered. On top of that, Bruno and Mary were so responsive and made us feel so welcome. Bruno even jumped on facetime with me to help me through a question I had. Really can't speak highly enough of this place and the service we got. You will not regret staying here!

Huge thanks to Bruno and Mary for their wonderful hospitality - I could not recommend staying at Coles House highly enough! Our group of 13 (5 adults and 8 children) had an absolutely incredible time at this stunning and well-appointed house. The house is as beautiful as in the photos, and is very spacious - it never felt crowded even with so many of us there. The decor was modern yet cosy, and we very much enjoyed making use of all the living spaces and the beautiful garden. Lastly, our experience in dealing with Bruno and Mary from when we made the booking to when we left made our whole stay even better. They were responsive, helpful and friendly, and had lots of fantastic tips.
