Andrew’s place is far and away my favorite AirBnB or VRBO home I’ve rented in the 10+ years I’ve been using these platforms. The home was immaculate upon arrival. Every bed is comfy, the kitchen is a dream to cook in, the view incredible. We saw a blue heron, manatees, and dolphins during our stay. We loved the paddleboards and kayaks and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Finally, we really loved the ability to park in the garage. We would stay at the home over and over again.

We stayed in Andrew's house for 6 beautiful weeks and it really felt like home! The view...THE VIEW! Dolphins and manatees swimming nearby everyday! We watched 9 rocket launches from his patio. Rode bikes to the beach almost everyday and kayaking a dozen times. We rented a boat one day and pulled it up to the dock at our house so conveniently. I wish I could buy this house and live here forever! And Andrew was great! His washing machine broke down and he sent a repair person right away. When the fix was too extensive, he immediately ordered a new one to be delivered. I am a clean freak and he worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied to my extreme expectations. I highly recommend this rental with reservation because I don't want other people staying in what I would like to think of as "my house":) Stay here...you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful house on the waterfront, very clean and great for a large family. Seen dolphins, space launch and it was an easy walk to the beach.
