Our cozy home is equipped with a beautiful outdoor area, a full kitchen, a queen sized bed, a comfortable living room area - and a fast Wi-Fi of course! Where are we located? “La Casita” is located in Miami’s trendy Upper East Side neighborhood, a convenient location less than 15 minutes away from Downtown Miami and Wynwood, and only 10 minutes away from the Design District and North Miami Beach! Our apartment offers a lovely outdoor area, and is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Miami, historic museums, and a pier with a beautiful ocean view. There is a bus station only 5 minutes away by foot, and Uber and Lyft rides are always available. The unit also comes with 1 Assigned Parking Space for your vehicle. Bringing your furry friends?  We are super pet friendly, but there is a pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pets before booking. The pet fee is just $25 per stay to cover the extra cleaning.   Cleaning during your stay? If you want to clean the space during your stay, let us know and we will send our cleaning lady. The discounted rate is $70.00. What is the apartment equipped with? Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Sofa Bed. Fresh Bedding, Clean Towels, Silverware, Dish Sets, and Kitchen Utensils are provided. Access to High-Speed Internet and TVs with Cable & Amazon Fire.
