Spotless, cosy, and well equipped cottage. Highly recommended.
The stay was great, just what the 4 of us who stayed was after. Great location, we climbed scafell pike and our start point was only 20 mins away. There is a pub over the road that was open till midnight, have live music on Friday and served breakfast + one of the best pub lunches I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to explore the Lake District I couldn’t recommend this enough
Lovely well equipped and nicely decorated cottage. Great location for lakes, coast and nice pubs. Would love to return.
The cottage was lovely, ideal for our walking trip. The location was superb, a real haven of peace( but with great country pub opposite), we only stayed for three nights, our only regret was we couldn't stay longer.
