The unit is huge and has this amazing million dollar views from both the living and bedroom. Balcony was awesome, better sunsets than from the malecon. The area is the fancy part of La Paz (though watch out on the road, and you need a car to get here). Parking is easy, spacious. Check in was smooth, easy to follow instructions. Cynthia is very responsive and friendly. The washing machine was broken, and it was fixed in 2 hours with parts replaced, etc. Faster resolution than in a 5 start hotel. The cooler was awesome (beach umbrella was broken). Cons: - This place was clean on the surface but is due for deep cleaning: thick limescale on everything and dust. Coffee was stored next to cleaning products, sofa had crumbles. - Tiny 2mm white ants everywhere: kitchen (even in the sugar), bedroom, bathroom - harmless but still. - Mattress worn out 10 years ago - it was really unconfortable It could been a 10/10 place with new mattress and a much better cleaning provider.

El residencial está en una zona segura y tranquila. Padrisimos los acabados del departamento, la decoración y con una gran vista. Cynthia tuvo siempre la mejor disposición para que tuviéramos un ingreso ágil y estuvo pendiente todo el fin de semana.
