Overall the home was beautiful. The environment was nice. I especially loved the roof top. I never leave a less than favorable review, but there where several issues that really interfered with our thanksgiving weekend: Keurig coffee pot not working Only 6 rags for 15 ppl Sink stopped up(someone was sent out to look at it, but it was never fixed, the water was smelly, and we had to use buckets to dump it out all weekend) Blender not working Pullout couch on first floor was broken Pool key did not work Hole in living room floor Balcony door hinges loose Bathroom door on second floor hinges loose.

Fantastic home, great amenities and walkable to the beach. Our group spent the majority of our time up on the rooftop deck. Very comfortable space for all of us. Highly recommended!

Pros: This house was in the perfect location and we loved that there was a walkable coffee shop! The beach was just down the road and we could easily get to everything in 30A, which was just minutes away. Cons: The floors in the house were really dirty and the downstairs bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The barstools were practically unusable because they were so loose so we couldn't sit by the island. The coffee machine is broken so we were really glad that we could walk to get coffee, and some of the bathrooms still had hair by the drains and in the sinks. It was such a bummer that it wasn't what I thought was worth for the price.

10 out of 10 the place was beautiful. defently did not want to leave. Had plenty of room for 10 people and was walkable to the beach and the donut hole. Very quiet and peaceful place too!
