Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or a glass of wine on the back deck and soak in the beautiful landscaping and quiet neighborhood. Take an afternoon stroll down tree lined streets in this family friendly neighborhood. Heights shops and restaurants are within walking distance (1/2 mile). The home feels bright and airy with all of the modern updates. It is located approx’ 10 minutes from UAMS and Children’s, perfect for medical travelers, business, or family. The home is a fully updated cottage in a historic neighborhood close to all major medical centers in Little Rock (5 mins from ACH and UAMS) and walking distance to the historic Heights shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and very family friendly. It is also close to the Big Dam Bridge for runners or cyclists. Bike rental is available upon request. We have the highest speed internet and a dedicated office space for working from home and/or virtual schooling needs. The nicely landscaped backyard is fully fenced and very private. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the main floor with the kitchen and living area. There are minimal steps to enter the home. There are a few steps to go down to access the hearth room, office, back patio, and third bedroom.

Bright and airy in the common rooms and blackout curtains in the upstairs bedroom. Perfect! Loved hanging out on the back porch and looking into the wooded backyard. Open area in the downstairs laundry/bedroom was perfect for workouts. I was working remote and found the table high relative to the chair, making uncomfortable to type. So I purchased a TV-tray for the keyboard and then it was fine. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed here while her home renovation was finishing up. Sarah and Brian were great hosts. Answered all our questions. The home felt very private but right around the corner from Kavanaugh. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. the kitchen was very well stocked. The king bed was comfortable.
Couch and rug in living area was stained, couch is not comfortable at all, back yard is not pet friendly, over grown weeds, poison ivy, vines, tree limbs really low, could not let dogs out to run still had to walk them on a leash, neighbors on both sides had dogs and when walking our dogs in the back yard, their dogs would run out and continuesly bark at ours until we took them in. Could not adjust the thermostat it was set at 72, uet it would get up to 80 degrees in the house during the day

There is plenty of parking; however, the neighborhood is very walkable and we are close to the big dam bridge for cyclists.
