The most beautiful cosy cottage for a Winter stay. The cottage was beautifully furnished, with comfy beds and a beautiful log fire to keep us warm and add to the charm. The washer/dryer were very handy as well, shower was warm, plenty of spare blankets + hot water bottles if needed. David was an amazing host and gave us lots of tips and information for our stay, as well as checking in over the time we were there to make sure all was well. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking for self contained accommodation either as a family or couple, it's in an absolutely beautiful location with easy access to other destinations as day trips.

lovely house in a beautiful location. David was extremely helpful and quick to respond with suggestions. we arrived a day late because of the red alert on the weather so he let us stay an extra day at the end. so kind!

Fantastic stay at Auchlyne. David was very helpful with good communication before and during our stay. David gave good details to find the cottage plus helpful suggestions for walks, which you can do from the door. We have stayed in various locations in Scotland and Kinnloch Rannoch has some of the most stunning scenery ever. There are forest walks nearby and of course the hill Craig Varr behind the cottage. There is a wood burner in the living room that gets very hot when you need to warm up in the evening. Our dog enjoyed her stay - there is a right of way through neighbours small back garden and this wasn't a problem at all. We hope to return one day.

We had a great vacation in their beautiful, spacious and clean home. All roads from and to the little village are very scenic, and we experienced new amazing sights every day (not to mention the beautiful view of the old bridge and the town from the house). David left us very thorough instructions and information about the house and the surroundings. He also made sure that we were settled in and didn't have any questions. Very good communication skills. Super friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at David's in Kinloch Rannoch. A beautiful place to quietly relax. David was kind enough to pass on some local walk tips which was very helpful.
