We had a great stay in Northam, Westwood Ho! is the perfect beach for bodyboarding and there are lots of surf schools for learners. Appledore and Instow are great for paddleboarding and Tim left a couple for us to use! The house is nice, apart from a dodgy patio door, we didn't have any other issues and it's in a great location to explore the area! The house was well equipped and Tim even left us some treats for our arrival, thanks Tim!!

A great house with lots of space for 7 of us, good size bedrooms and a great kitchen. The garden bar and hottub were well used. This is a fantastic location to explore the area from. we found the neighbours friendly, but with two cars for our group, we had to find local parking, one car at the house and the other usually within 5 minutes walk. Appledore was 6 minutes drive as was Westwood Ho! Two great places to visit, with Westwood Ho! being one of the best beaches I have visited. Plenty of superstores around for food and the local Costcutter was good too. Atlintic Village outlet shopping was just 15 minutes drive away. There was a Chinese takeaway and a fish and chip shop locally, but not much else. Lots of great places in Westwood Ho!, Appledore and Instow to eat. Tim was very helpfull, with lots of tips and recomendations to make the most of our stay in the area. Definitely recommend Tim's place and as a host.

Tim is an excellent host and we enjoyed good humoured communication both leading up to our stay and during. We were made to feel very welcome and the house was a perfect blend of adult-orientated amenities and child friendly touches. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and in working order. Top marks for host and place!

We stayed here for a week with my extended family and everyone had a brilliant time, young and old. The hot tub and bar were used nightly and definitely the highlight! The house had everything we needed and Tim was very helpful with any questions we had. Great location close to so many lovely places. Thanks again Tim for sharing your lovely house!
