This was the perfect place to celebrate my adult daughter’s bday!! The play room kept the 3 grandkids ages 1,3 & 5- super happy. The whole experience has been a dream come true for us. Only steps from the beach is accurate. Great play ground for the kids 5 minutes away. Katina has thought of every last detail. I’ve stayed in quite a few places. This is hands down my favorite!! The best thing about it is- only a little more than an hour from LA- so we can come back soon!! Katina also provided a bottle of bubbly & the sweetest decorated b-day cookies too!! We ❤️ Katina & Slot Machine House!! Thanks for a fun &relaxing weekend🎰

Katina's place was just amazing! Our expectations of this house (which were already high from the beautiful photos and great reviews) were exceeded in every way. She really goes above and beyond to be a GREAT host and provide a comfortable and accommodating AirBNB! The house is so beautiful decorated, well appointed and spotlessly clean, located across the street from a lovely beach with amazing views of mountains and sunsets. We loved all the extras provided at the house like the welcome cookies and personalized message. The house had everything we needed for our stay and more. The kids LOVED the playroom in the garage stocked with so many great toys and we loved the loft area. She provided beach toys, a wagon, beach towels, bikes, everything we needed on our trip but didn't have room to pack! The location is great- within walking distance of so many lovely places and she provided great local recommendations. Our only negative of our stay at Katina's is that we couldn't stay longer!

We had an amazing time! The home is decorated beautifully and has everything we needed. very clean and comfortable. The host is AMAZING!!!!! she went out of her way and was very helpful and kind. She knew it was my birthday and had cookies delivered. We will be coming back soon. Thank you K.

The house was absolutely beautiful- looked just like the photos and descriptions. The host had everything you needed that you can think of to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. All the appliances are top notch and brand new, in addition to the house being super clean and family friendly. The location was amazing as it was a few min walk from the beach. The host was super responsive, detailed, and thorough. Thank you for all the local recommendations and the box of cookies for our girls. We had the best time and will be back again!
