We had a wonderful stay for my sister’s birthday. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a Perfect birthday dinner. Since we right on the sand , the pups loved every second of being able to run and play. We had a nice picnic by the water even if the sube was not out. Perfect home for a little getaway and we would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful weekend in Oxnard! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and this home accommodated 10 of us with ease. The beach was so nice being just steps outside the home. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is nice, especially the beach and the marina nearby. The house needs some maintenance and repairs.

Upstairs room has two twins and a futon. Master is on main level with a sitting area, tub and shower. Off the kitchen is another full bath with no tub. Downstairs has a queen in one room and 2 twins adjacent with a full bath including tub. Kitchen is large and has everything you’d need. 3 different Living areas allow kiddos to watch a movie while adults watch a football game. Dining table and breakfast bar allow everyone to eat in the same area. Beach access from downstairs bedroom level only, not main floor, but not an issue. Side gate from driveway to beachside allows for each ice chest and beach toy navigating without going through the house. Excellent, prompt communication. Location couldn’t be any better. Checkout time semi early (10am) and a decently hefty cleaning fee ($400) were our only constructive criticism, but nothing that would keep us from rebooking this property or one of their others next time we’re in the area. Thanks for a great family weekend!
