We spent a very enjoyable week at Chris's place. The apartment itself is newly refurbished with comfy and modern furniture and a well equipped kitchen. A Nespresso coffee machine was a welcome bonus! The location is perfect for covering Hastings and Leonard's on Sea with a number of great restaurants and pubs within a easy walk. We also found plenty to keep young kids entertained in the local area. Having the beach just across the road was perfect and the view of the sea from the bay window was mesmerising (the pictures don't do it justice!). Would happily stay here again.

A wonderful flat by the beach! The space is impeccably clean and newly refurbished. Decorated beautifully and every amenity considered. Not shortage of supplies and consumables as well which was a nice touch. Communication was excellent and Hastings is such a great seaside town with so much to do and beautiful, clean beaches to enjoy. Looking forward to visiting Hastings and Chris' flat again.

Amazing flat/apartment! As you walk in the door, you know you have entered a little haven of calm. The white and warm grey décor is bright but peaceful. The living room is flooded with light and has great sea views. There is enough seating for 4 guests and a few friends. Big TV and more board games than the average toyshop should it rain. The dining area seats four comfortably, and the kitchen area has been carefully designed to allow for cooking, should you run out of local restaurants. Well equipped, too, with all you could need to make a family meal. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. And blackout curtains, which is unusual. I was not woken up at crack of dawn by the sun. A huge amount of cupboard space. An en suite and a separate shower room, both clean and well equipped with soaps, gels, shampoos and every other need. And an excellent Italian and a great Indian both under 5 minutes’ away – it’s perfect!
