We booked very last minute - either day before or the same day - for a two night stay between Christmas and New Year. Vicky was very helpful and quick to communicate in getting the booking set up. The caravan is spacious and comfortable and a great place to stay with kids as there are some toys and games and the Wii. Vicky also arranged day passes for us for Seal Bay and we went to the pool on both mornings which the kids loved. Not everything was open as off season but that was fine and reflected in the reduced nightly price. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return, a great place for a short break with kids. Many thanks to Vicky for accommodating us at short notice!

Its nice place to stay-at-home, better if you have pet we dont have. The facilities in the park are good, specially the pool our kids loved but you need to pay extra for that and all days doesn't matter if you used or not you have to pay and its a bit expensive. But the host is the best and the best thing we need when we go somewhere else, better communication than any 5 🌟 hotel.

A great host who had excellent local knowledge and a great space. It was great to get to the coast with so much to do in Selsey an dit's surroundings.
