The property is excellent. Clean, spacious, very well stocked with amenities and the location speaks for itself. Literally bang on the beach. Dean was an incredible host, helpful with a minor issue we faced on our arrival and went the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday even better. Local fish and chip, amusements for kids and co-op all within walking distance and enough space for 2 cars to park. Beds comfy and clean, underfloor heating was also lovely. We will stay again.

This is one of, if not, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Extras touches in every location provided everything you could need and more, e.g. welcome cake, and Alexa clocks and wireless phone chargers in each room. Dean has thought of everything, making it a home from home. The welcome pack and instructions were also great and he responded very quickly if you needed anything. The house is literally on the beach with spectacular views. The garage and garden provide private extra entertainment. Trully dog friendly, not just advertised as such. Dog towels, bowls and treats provided. Area up and coming, with great walks and safe sea swimming on your door step. Shop/ice cream parlour in village and excellent farm shop/Cafe in Runcton. We can't wait to return again : )

My family and I have just spent our Easter break at this beautiful house. The house is gorgeous, tastefully decorated and furnished, immaculately presented with the most stunning sea/beach view, literally right outside the door. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great for most of our stay but the very well equipped games room was a great bonus to keep everyone entertained. There is also a table tennis table in the garden which we enjoyed on the dry days. There is a lot of useful tech around the house including chargers and Alexas in most rooms. Dean is a great host, always quick to respond to any questions or queries. We would definitely like to visit again.

Everything about our stay was perfect and the house and location was even nicer than we expected from the photos. The rooms are decent sizes, the master bedroom in particular is large with a great en suite. The open kitchen/lounge/diner is the best part, providing an ideal space for our big group to socialise and also amazing views out to the beach and sea. The games room and hot tub were the perfect extra perks and meant we didn’t need to venture out and could chill in the house with plenty to keep us busy. Everything in the house was finished and furnished to a high standard, with everything you could need. Pagham is small and quiet but enough close by in walking distance to get everything you need. Overall we loved our stay and are already thinking about when can book again.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in so far as it exceeded all expectations & provided a perfect space for a get together. I came here with my siblings/ partners. A huge amount of thought has been put into this house & meeting guests needs, e.g the luxury welcome package inc wine, cake & much more & inclusion of basic items in the kitchen/bathrooms. There are chargers & Alexa speakers in every room including the garage. Very good social space with high end decor that looks out onto the beach, which was not busy (early March) & is dog friendly. Our pups had a whale of a time & the house was very well set up for them, too. The back garden could do with a couple of aesthetic finishing touches, if perfection were expected, but even as is, great for socialising with the outdoor shower/hot tub, large table/chairs, table tennis & the garage with seating, pool, darts & air hockey, as well as watersports equipment. It’s also fully enclosed, so safe for dogs (or kids) to mooch about
