Great family stay for Xmas. 9 people plus dog. Lovely private property with outside space for pets and guests. Lots of space, quirky layout and picturesque but watch the beams and doorways in older part of the house. One or two small issues but Gemma was super responsive and sorted such issues very quickly. Great location being near to beach, forest, Chichester and other activities.

Great house! There was everything you could possibly need in a kitchen and house. Lots of games, wood for the fireplace. 10 great beds. 10/10 stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house is so cozy and has a great kitchen to cook in as a group. Having the fire in was such a treat and made sitting in the living room so cozy. Highly recommend for big groups!! Also has a washing machine which is great for towels etc.

Had a lovely long weekend with friends at Gemma's place. There was plenty of space for the children to play and the dog to run about. Lovely quirky place with lots of amenities, including the heated outdoor pool and hot tub which we all enjoyed using even in October! We especially loved the giant conservatory extension with the heated floor. Such a light and airy (but cozy) space to share dinners and play games. Plenty of parking, a piano with which to attempt to learn new skills and a pub in walkable distance too. Gemma was very responsive to questions and kindly allowed us to check out slightly later. We had to be careful as there are some low doorways so the taller people in our group had to be mindful of this. There's the odd area that needs a bit of TLC, and the bathroom has no blind and overlooks the driveway, which some of the group found a bit disconcerting.
