I do not have the words to say how fabulous this place is! The house is perfect! The bedrooms, the kitchen, all the bathrooms are wonderful and just what we needed for our family! The outdoor area and the pool are too fabulous - and we took as much advantage of them as we could and are already planning to be return! The space is great for lots of together time and their are great spaces for privacy if you need it! Thank you so much for making such a wonderful vacation possible.

We rented this home for my 7 year old nieces 7th birthday. We rented specifically for the pool and advertised game room. Upon arrival we noticed there was no actual access to the game room. We were also notified there was an outage so we would not have wifi until the following day. After about 7 phone calls and countless text messages from Vacasas I was notified the game room was not a part of the amenities. After finally being able to speak to the 3rd live person I was told he would have to have someone contact me the following day. The women who contacted us the following day was extremely sweet and helpful and finally gave us information on how we could get into the game room. We were credited $50 for our troubles and had wifi a day and a half later. The tv and internet outage was unavoidable. However, when there is no access to the game room due to poor communication and no wifi to keep children entertained I would have to say we feel this rental fell short. It’s pretty though.

I would rent again from Vacasa but not this home again. We had so many little issues that made it a big deal all together. My mother had to clean her own toilet right when we first checked in (she found a Soft Scrub cleaner). The deck was dirty around the dining table outside. The light on the stove didn’t work. The fishing deck lights didn’t work. So we had to buy a light so we could see since it’s pitch black at night. The only outdoor shade outside was broken. We had to buy a sun shade for outside but couldn’t find a big one close by. So we really had about 2 hours in the day to enjoy the outdoors (once the sun was going down til it was down). The deck was dirty around the dining table outside. The ceiling fan in the main living room was broken. We didn’t have a remote for upstairs TV. The light in the pool didn’t work. The back door didn’t feel secure to lock at night. The pool cleaner needed to be in the pool at all times. This was a tiny pool and we needed to swim around it. It was so many small things for the cost and clean up fees for what we received. Vacasa did call back and they were very nice but nothing really got fixed.
