One of the best Airbnb rooms I’ve booked. Anna is so quick to respond. She gave me such detailed instructions and pictures of how to find her place, so I would not get lost in the dark on check-in day. She answered all my questions very promptly. Place was clean, just like the pictures. The room has good storage and lighting. The bathroom was very clean. Also has a view of the mountains. I was very impressed with the room and Anna’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend.

Anna's place was fantastic! The location is perfect, right next to all the popular spots, making it super easy to explore. The apartment itself is incredibly safe and clean, with all the amenities you could ever need. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lint remover available—I mean, talk about attention to detail! Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed in the apartment through some of the coldest 3 winter weeks of 2024. The apartment was warm, comfortable, and quiet. The apartment has been purposely furnished and everything worked as it should. I liked the large windows with view of the Tianshan Mountains. Located at the far end of a lively pedestrianized shopping street the apartment complex is new and pleasant. Lots of busses to all corners of Almaty pass within 1km walking distance of the apartment. There are supermarkets downstairs and many places to have a meal nearby. Would stay again!
