Guest host Derrick was great . A couple of the bedrooms downstairs was cold. Derrick brought me a couple of space heaters right away to make us more comfortable.

Location is good and quiet. But some bath towels are dirty. No trash bag, no dishwasher detergent, no cutting board and knife. the utility room is leaking water. Owner often doesn't reply the message and phone call.

We were a group of cyclists participating in a gravel riding event near Helen. The cabin was perfect in every way for us. Location, space, cleanliness, quiet...we all enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to it next year for the same event.

The cabin had plenty of room for all our guests. However, we were greeted with the following: on the small porch was mound of dirty towels and linen that never got picked up, coke splatter was all over ceiling and wall, cobwebs on inside front door frame, trash next to vanity wall in bathroom, ripped sheets / bloody or red nail polish, and headless figurine was on shelf. For the cleaning fee we paid, the cabin should have been much cleaner.
