A lovely modernized 2 bed apartment in an old characterful warehouse building overlooking the harbour. On the first floor , it was light and warm and clean. The parking space is essential in Penryn! Walking distance from local shops/pizzeria/pubs. It was very convenient to use as overflow/independent accomodation for my son and his wife when they visited us to do coastal walks. Our daughter is at Falmouth uni we have visited Penryn a number of times and this was the best accommodation we have had so far. only one small thing due to some very high tides the flood gate was installed for several days and as both my wife and I are quite short it was a bit of an obstacle course to hurdle going in and out of the block😁, but I believe this is a bit of a rarity. other than that the property was fantastic would definitely book again.

Really lovely apartment, clean and spacious. excellent location. parking is fine, once we worked out which bay was ours. fantastic host, Jackie responded immediately to any questions I had, which is brilliant. really well equiped and easy to use white goods. Comfortable beds and sofa. Great heating (in late January) plenty of natural light. It felt a friendly and safe place to stay and a short walking distance to the town center and also easy to walk to Falmouth. overall, one of the best places we've used so far and we'll definitely return if available in the future. Our stay was, unfortunately, for a family bereavement and Jackie was very sympathetic and kind. Next time our stay will create much happier memories in this home-from-home apartment.

El alojamiento esta muy bien, las habitaciones son grandes y el salón comedor es muy acogedor, decorado con muebles modernos y funcionales y con unas vistas muy bonitas. Nos hemos encontrado muy a gusto. Destaco la buenísima comunicación con la anfitriona que respondió muy rápidamente a cualquier duda que surgió. Recomiendo este alojamiento a todos.
