We LOVED this apartment! I know Penryn and its surroundings and the location of James' flat is just great. The bus stop to Falmouth is just 1 min away and the private parking is great, too. The apartment itself is modern, tidy and really well equipped. My boyfriend is very critical about holiday accommodation and even he totally loved it! We'd love to stay with James again in the future.

Highly recommend James' place. There are two comfortable bedrooms and baths, a living/dining area, patio and kitchen with views of the canal and lots of southern light. Very easy check in and out process, useful house manual, excellent kitchen and supremely great location. Fast, reliable internet connectivity and streaming tv. James was a most welcoming and friendly host. Went above and beyond when my travel dates changed. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 10 nights and it felt like home. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we particularly liked having 2 bathrooms. There is a very handy place for coats and shoes as you enter the flat, the kitchen has everything you'd need to do some cooking and the shops are in walking distance. James was very helpful from start to finish and supplied a very informative welcome pack for our stay. Check in was simple and the parking spot was clearly marked and accessible. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The appartment was lovely. There was enough space to accommodate a family with two kids aged 13 and 16. The communication was very good and there was some very useful information provided regarding the appartment, eating out and places to visit in the area.
