Great location, very central to Falmouth, and a beautifully clean space.

From the get go communication with Ali as fantastic, he was very responsive and friendly. When we arrived check in was seamless and the place was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the photos, it was tidy, spacious and decorated very well. We had two small dogs with us and the annex was extremely dog friendly, it was perfect. On arrival there was a guest book with local recommendations including restaurants and things to do which was helpful and a nice touch, also a packet of shortbread and a bottle of wine which was such a really lovely touch! The location is amazing, only about a 6 minute walk to a really nice beach, with great local walks and only a 15 minute walk into Falmouth town centre. We literally can't fault this place! It is backing onto a busy road but it was no issue at all for us, maybe just something to be aware of. Overall we had a 12/10 stay!

A well appointed apartment in a great location wrt Town and Beach. Approx 5 mins down to Gylly beach. Everything needed for the few days was supplied by the host, with a comfortable bed, clean linen and towels, a good shower, Fridge and WiFi. Good communication if needed via the messaging app, and quick response to any question / problem. Added bonus of being Dog friendly. Would consider a return stay. TY

Thanks for having us Emily and Ali. We really liked the decor and feel of the place. We were impressed how close to the sea you were and thanks for responding to our questions really quickly. Also, thank you for the welcome wine and shortbread. We thought that the cleaner could have done a better job of hoovering up dog hair and fluff, this kept getting stuck to our socks and I am allergic. Perhaps to combat this the rug under the bed could go?
