Spread out, relax in this private, luxury home close to the water, right on Centennial Trail and less than a mile from downtown Coeur d'Alene! Cook in the top-end kitchen or eat out at a Riverstone Village restaurant, just steps away! Public dock access a block away makes boating a breeze (overnight moorage available nearby) and you're to the water-side Boardwalk in a minute from the front door! Lake and outdoor activities abound - we can't wait to share this beautiful place with you! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with ample outdoor and patio space for relaxing in the summer sunshine and cool evening breezes. Full kitchen, half bath, laundry, living and dining rooms on the main floor. All bedrooms and 2 full baths on the upper floor.

Highly recommend! Nice new clean house with a spectacular deck for watching the sunset! Plenty of amenities including beach towels, sunscreen and coffee. Alyssa was fantastic to deal with!

This is such a special place. We visited at the end of the 2021 and experienced the area with plenty of snow. There were great restaurants and grocery stores right there. The place is well laid out with 3 size-able bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms. One thing to note is that the beds are "split" with 2 adjustable beds. Something to keep in mind. Comfort and easy access to everything make this place a great find.
