Welcome to our mid century modern stunner on the greens of the CDA golf course! We like to call this place the "Hole in One" Where everything went right mixed with a little luck to create the perfect shot, or in your case, the perfect stay! This house is bright and spacious, perfect for big group gatherings or family getaways. Situated on the 16th tee in a quiet inner circle of the course you will feel privacy and seclusion in luxury while being just minutes from all that CDA has to offer! Luxury on the greens of the CDA golf course! We love this house for so many reasons! One of our favorites is the main living area as soon as you walk through the front door you have big open spacious dining/kitchen/living room with picture windows and big sliders to the backyard. It is bright, airy and you are able to enjoy all the greenery and views of outdoors while having the comforts of being inside. During the winter it honestly feels like you are in a winter wonderland or a snow globe while sipping coffee at the fireplace. It is magical! We have equipped this house with fun for the whole family. In the basement we have three different old school stand up arcade games for the kids. 1 person game of Pac Man, 2 person game of Mortal Kombat and four person game of NBA Game Time. Also a pool table golf putters, decks of cards and a bunch of different board games. Plus Nintendo 64 with four controllers to play Mario Kart, Mario Party, 007, and Madden. In the backyard there is a bunch of grass for the kids to run around and a set of swings! Bocce ball, and big block jenga as well! The backyard has a big concrete patio and a large luxury trek decking leads you to lounge chairs and a six person hot tub. The backyard is looking out on to the sixteenth tee of the golf course, its peaceful, beautiful and feels like you are in a private oasis. The patio space is equipped with a BBQ, hot tub, lounge chairs, fireplace, dining table and seating under an adjustable slatted roof pergola. Whether you want more shade or sun you can create the perfect conditions and ambience! The master bedroom and bathroom is on one end of the main floor with a slider leading you on the deck to your private hot tub. The master bath has a big walk in shower with two shower heads, double sinks/vanities and walk in closet. On the other end of the main floor you will find two more large bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, double closets and a 50 inch tv with a fire stick. The other has a comfy queen bed and closet. Downstairs in the basement there are two more bedrooms, one bathroom, large game room, living room, wet bar, pool table, arcade games, and more televisions. Truly, fun and entertaining spaces for anyone and all ages. We are around the corner from the CDA Public Golf Course Club house. So you can stay here walk to check in for your tee time pick up a cart and play 18 holes! During the winter the driving range turns into one of the best sledding hills in town! The golf course is a great spot for cross country skiing in the winter too :) This home is special to us and we are sure you will think so too!
