This was our second stay at Kristina’s home. The location is perfect; the home is extremely clean and well stocked; the home is quiet, and the neighborhood is nice. This is the perfect stay just outside of Park City. Kristina has since hired a management company and so I had most of my communication through them, and instructions were clear for check-in and check-out. 10/10 recommend.

We loved staying at Kristina’s place with our family. We had 7 adults and one toddler. My sons mentioned it was the nicest and cleanest AirBnb they have ever stayed at. I loved how organized everything was and how many extras! The kitchen is VERY stocked, we cooked several meals together. Lots of games, books and other touches that made our stay fabulous. Kristina thought of everything!! And the beds and bedding were comfy and AMAZING!! Will definitely be staying here on future trips. The only recommendation I would have is that if you have a baby or toddler keep in mind that the 2 flights of stairs are quite steep so you may want to bring a baby gate’ (or have one-available at the house? ) our little granddaughter handled them just fine but she is almost 2.

Kristina’s place is adorable ~ we had a group of 7 and it perfectly met our needs, with 4 bedrooms (two of them w/king beds) & 3 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed & was bright & open, as was the living room area. Kristina was responsive & very kind with her communication. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Kristina’s place is PERFECT. Exactly what you want in a Park City townhome. Close to the mountains. Close to town. Spacious, comfortable and well decorated, and all amenities you’d need. I booked on behalf of a group of couples, and they wouldn’t stop thanking me for choosing the perfect spot. Will definitely book with Kristina next time I’m in need of a place in Park City!
