This place is soo breathtaking!! The views, so much to do on site! Now this place was amazing!! Alex thought if EVERYTHING! Streaming TV, board games, even coloring books and toys for any age!! Being a nurse, He had medicine for the children, first aid kit, kitchen loaded with whatever you need! Hats off Alex, you thought of everything!!! 5 🌟 guy

The views were amazing, I could have stayed all the time in Alex’s place, just looking at the beautiful mountains approaching the magnificent lake. Alex’s place has the best views among all the surrounding condos.

Alex is an excellent host, that definitely cares about your stay and wants you to be comfortable in his place, we had a little bit of problems with a couple of things and he addressed them immediately and was not happy with some of the people he has to pay to help keep his place in order during the busy time of year when he can't get there to take care of alot of it himself and we had a conversation about it and was very forthcoming and understanding instead of defensive like some owners can be. In his defense I was a last minute booking and he excepted with no problems at all and we enjoyed the beauty of what SML has to offer!!! Thanks Alex

We had a wonderful week at Bernards Penthouse! Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds, the kitchen was well stocked. I found it particularly helpful to have an air fryer for quick and easy meals during the week! The welcome info about the condo and the area was so helpful--all the recommendations were amazing, from the Homestead Creamery to the mountain-side coves on the lake for swimming. Our daughter loved the toys in the kids room and we found the pool in front of the condo convenient and lovely. Everyone we met on the property was very kind, too.
