Everything as described. The host was always friendly and responsive, ready to solve any problem. The area is perfect for people going on vacation or business to Dubai. Area served by cab and uber and 2 metro stops. You are close to the mall of the emirate and careem comes in 15/20 minutes. I thank all the staff who were always very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a week with a toddler and the space was perfect for us to base ourselves. The pros: - Great location - walking distance to Mall of Emirates and metro - Clean and spacious apartment - Staff were very friendly and helpful - Nice pool area and view of Burj Al Arab - Basic utensils and crockery - Fast wi-fi The cons: - Shower head had a bit of metal coming off so a child could easily scratch themselves - TV in living room didn't work, we used Youtube from it - Non stick pans were all scratched, we didn't use any - Had to tell staff twice to clean apartment and change towels Other than that we did have an enjoyable stay and I would book the apartment again.

Le plus grand point positif de ce logement est la localisation géographique! Bien central et assez accessible sans voiture. A 8 min du métro Al Mashreq (20 min pour DIFC/Downtown). A 10 min du mall Emirates.15-20 min taxi pour la Palm.Bref bien central! L'appt est spacieux et confortable. La réception est serviable. Le ménage est compris à la demande avec le changement de serviettes.. Par ailleurs, il est assez sombre comme il donne sur une rue cachée par un immeuble en face. Bien bruyant (l'inconvénient d'être sur la sheikh zaid road), prévoir des boules quies si vous avez le sommeil sensible. la cuisine manque d'ustensiles... il n y a même pas un mug pour le café/thé j'ai dû l'acheter et le laisser sur place. La poêle est dans un sale état, très collante...comme il s'agit d'une location longue durée, ça aurait été pratique de mettre un mug, un bol, passoire pour les pâtes, du sel/poivre, liquide vaisselle,..un peu le minimum. ça évite de tout devoir acheter pour le laisser sur place.

We had a very nice experience at this place overall 🩷 checking in was easy, the employees were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was better than my expectations! 7-8 minutes walk to the metro station .I recommend to bring your pan to cook because the one in the house was very scratchy Teflon which is not healthy to cook in at all. It could be even better if they also put dish cleaning liquid as well. Overall I recommend this place for who wants to go out do stuff in the city and they want a good price ,clean and safe place which is close to anywhere you want 😇
