Pros: + very clean room and bathroom + good location (close to the station and city center) Cons: - Wi-Fi is poor, most of the time we coudn’t get it at all due to the remoteness of the room - a couple of hours before check-in, the owner wrote to me that he couldn't accept us, and offered some options that I didn't like. in the end he said that everything was fine and he would check us in, but all the way to La Spezia I was worried. This all spoiled the impression.

Camera esattamente come in fotografia. Pulita, ordinata e ben arredata. Di giuste dimensioni e ben insonorizzata: i treni si sentono appena e di notte non disturbano affatto il sonno. Posizione perfetta. Palazzo vecchio e poco gradevole alla vista, ma il piano del b&b è estremamente curato. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima dell'orario del check in, così da potersi muovere per la città con comoditá. Abbiamo conosciuto solo il padre dell'host, che è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

We had a great stay in La Spezia. Location was very nice, everything on walking distance and close to the train station. Simone was a friendly host who gave us good tips on restaurants/bars and there was good communication.
