This is the perfect spot for families or a group to access Deer Valley Resort, explore the many walking and hiking paths in the area, access Main Street easily by bus, or just enjoy the beauty of Park City! Skiers are minutes to Deer Valley with our free, on-demand, door to door shuttle! After a long day of activity, there is plenty of space to relax or you can enjoy the hot tub which is professionally serviced weekly. The Location Nestled between multiple ponds, next to many hiking and mountain biking trails, and minutes from Deer Valley Ski Resort (free door-to-door shuttle service) and minutes to Main Street (via the free bus system). Enjoy a peaceful walk at sunset or sunrise around the ponds where you may see moose, deer, herons, osprey, beavers, and more wildlife. The Living Room Featuring tons of natural light and vaulted ceilings, this open concept space is connected to the kitchen and dining space so everyone can be together! Gather around the gas fireplace for movie or game night with ample seating. The 72" flat screen TV provides access to any streaming service you may need and has SmartCast capabilities for streaming from your devices. A Sonos Arc sound-bar and provides seamless high-quality audio for the TV and paired with the Sonos Five can be used for playing music via the Sonos app. The living room also has additional brand new amenities such as a Dyson air purifier and cooling fan as well as a Samsung A/C unit. A large fan also provides cooling to the entire space. The Kitchen With new stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking for large groups. The electric stove top and oven provide dependable and even cooking as well as additional features to boil water quickly or bake cookies using the convection setting. Additionally, a microwave, toaster oven with air fryer capabilities, Keurig (pods provided), Instant Pot, blender, a Ninja blender, as well as copious pots, pans, skillets, cast iron, baking sheets, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses and more are available. Dining Space A large dining table seats six with additional seating at the kitchen island counter for four more. The Deck Enjoy views of the ski slopes at Deer Valley during the winter or of the beautiful aspens in the spring, summer and fall. The hot tub fits 7 and includes variable lighting and excellent jet pressure. The deck has a grill and seating (covered in the winter due to snow). The deck receives excellent sunlight all day long. Hummingbirds frequent the area and there is a hummingbird feeder on the deck spring through fall. Bedroom #1 The upstairs bedroom, attached to the hallway accessible bathroom, includes a king bed and a smart TV. The fan creates ample airflow and the screened window can be opened for additional cooling at night. There is a Dyson air purifier, cooling and heating unit that can be moved to other rooms as needed. The closet at dresser provide plenty of space for clothing and luggage storage. The nightstand tables provide additional storage for personal belongings. The bathroom includes Q-tips, makeup removal wipes, a hair dryer, and extra bath and hand towels. Bedroom #2 The second upstairs bedroom includes two queen beds and a smart TV. The fan creates ample airflow and the screened window can be opened for additional cooling at night. The en suite bathroom includes Q-tips, makeup removal wipes, a hair dryer, extra bath and hand towels, a tub and and bidet (instructions can be found under the sink). Bedroom #3 The final lower floor bedroom includes a queen bed and a smart TV. The screened window can be opened for additional cooling at night. The en suite bathroom includes a hair dryer and extra bath and hand towels. Mudroom Includes coat hangers, a bench, and some cabinet storage including the key drawer. Please remove and keep all shoes here. Garage The heated garage provides sheltered parking for two vehicles (a stock Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro fits with an extra 2-3 inches of clearance). There is a ski rack that fits four sets of skis. The extra shelving is available for your use. A garage door remote will be provide - please do not lose this. Please also remember to keep the garage door closed during the winter to avoid causing damage to water pipes.
