The place was very clean and in the kitchen there was every thing you may need although I did not use most of them because of our diet. in the wash room, I turned the faucet handle to the LEFT as this is the case almost in every faucet to get warm water but it was cold even after perhaps 5 minutes or more. I called Phong and he said there should be no problem. I turned the faucet handle to the RIGHT and then it became warm. It means the plumber has connected the main to the faucet in a wrong way. The cleaning fee was unreasonably very high, specially for us that are used to clean every thig where ever we go as a cultural habit, in spite of paying cleaning fee

My experience at Phong’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The home was located right on a beautiful sand beach that felt very private. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, was very modern and had all appliances and amenities that we needed for our stay. Phong was very attentive and had great communication. He ensured that we felt comfortable reaching out if we had any questions or concerns and did his best to make us extremely comfortable our entire stay. I would absolutely book again with Phong and would love to stay in this Airbnb again!

Beachfront property with amazing view. As it is south facing, one can see sunrise and sunset. The beach is right outside the property and perfect for early morning stroll and evening walk. Felt very homey. One of the bedroom is a bit small, but the nice outside deck with the nice views of the beach and lake make up for it. Hot water from the shower is only warm/cool, but owner is notified and hopefully will improve for future guests. Overall, enjoyed my stay!

There was a unit upstairs which I didn’t understand from the description so it wasn’t completely private.
