I rented Dales place the night before I had to be there. We had a death in the family. He is one of the best hosts. He knew how stressful this time was for me and my family. He went out of his way to make it feel like home he was so sweet dale went and turn lights on in the home for us so we did not have to come in to a dark house . The day before we left, we met Dale and he told me how sorry he was to read about our loss and if there’s anything that he could do just let him know .Would gladly rent from him anytime I travel

Dale was an excellent host with a beautiful home in a perfect location. Close to multiple trails for riding. Feels secluded but restaurants and stores are very nearby as well! Will definitely be staying again!

We had a fantastic stay at Dales place. Would highly recommend staying here. Location was perfect trails right down the road and Plenty of room for your fur babies to stretch their legs. Couldn’t ask for a nicer host. The house was much larger than what you see and pictures so gives you and your guest plenty of room to stretch out. Dale also had plenty of knowledge of places to go and explore and eat. Thank you again for a excellent trip to Kentucky / West Virginia area. Hoping to see you next year for our next adventure!!!
