El acceso al apartamento es un poco peligroso porque está a lo alto de un barranco y hay que pasar por un puerto muy estrecho de doble sentido. No lo recomiendo para la gente que quiera realizar excursiones y tenga que coger el coche regularmente. Se trata de un sitio en el que uno quiera hacer un retiro y no moverse de allí ya que tiene vistas bonitas y tranquilidad total. Lo recomiendo para meditación y retiro espiritual.

Et perfekt sted om du ønsker et fredfylt, enkelt, rustikt og tilbaketrukket sted som samtidig ligger sentralt til. Kort vei til både strand og by, men du er avhengig av kjøretøy. Veien er både smal og tidvis bratt, men er ikke noe problem da alle i området kjører hensynsfullt. Det er også mange plasser hvor det er mulig for å stoppe og slippe forbi. Jeg oppfattet alle i landsbyen som veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Mike er vennlig og gir raskt tilbakemelding om det skulle være noe. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning.

Mike was always on hand to answer any questions and give a helping hand. The surrounding area was absolutely breathtaking and Mike showed me a walk up to one of the peaks which had a pine forest which I climbed twice during the week and reached the top in time to see the sun rise above the mountain tops! Sea views from there too. I also had breakfast a a lovely seafront cafe in the nearby village of Castell de Ferrer. Supermarket nearby and the property is quite central and just off the Mediterranean Highway so many places to explore along the coast and in the mountains! I visited La Rabita, Albondon, Albunuelas and Grenada. The best day by far was a trip to Grenada city to see the Alhambra Palace and bath in the 13th century Hammam Al Andalus Arab baths - an experience I will never forget…incredible!!! The hamlet where Mike’s properties sit is so peaceful and relaxing and the jacuzzi and pool area were private and a wonderful addition considering the low cost for the rental.

Beautiful village. Exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Mikes accommodation was a bit tired and basic but represents good value. The road up is narrow and windy but east to navigate and there are plenty of places to pass. You will need a car as the village has no shops. It’s 15 mins to the local town which has a beach cafes and supermarkets. Great place to chill and relax.

Det var lågsäsong. Ingen privat plats ute. Plats vid parkeringen. Info som finns är några år gammal!
