What an amazing authentic Air B&B. Big bedrooms clean bathrooms. The location was exactly what we wanted to explore the Normandy Beaches and experience the area that has so much history for American and French citizens. Thibault was excellent with communication when we had questions or concerns about the house. The local grocer was perfect and the two bakeries served the best breads and treats. I like the cafe/bar next to the grocer, friendly staff and all the locals we encountered were friendly.

Beautiful house and very well situated, Thibault the host is very friendly and easy to contact with quick responses. The house is very well situated for exploring the area for the many monuments, museums and war cemeteries from d-day and beyond and the village has all the amenities needed including a grocery store/bar, a creperie and a restaurant all within a 60 second walk of the house. Well worth a stay and if we ever return to the area we hope to stay here again!

Lovely house spacious bedrooms good showers good kitchen nice garden to sit in and enjoy a glass of wine. The village was lovely good creperie two doors away, village food shops and market on Thursday morning. You won't need an alarm church bells will wake you up at 7am but they stop at 10.30pm. Great location for exploring. We only have one small suggestion it would be nice to have a toaster, using the grid on the aga was a bit hit and miss, but we had a great trip.

The Band of Brothers house was located in the quaint town right across from the church. There is a lunch place next door and dinner restaurant on the corner. All steps away from the house. Our favorite was the boulangerie that is less than a block away. We went there every morning. The house is 15 mins from a super market to get items for the house. And about 15 mins from Utah beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Our only issue was the ability to heat the first floor. Our bedroom space heaters worked well but even after the Thibault employee came to fix the living room, kitchen and entry we did not notice it getting warmer. We were touring the 5 beaches in April. The weather was cold and rainy, so that is why the temperature in the house stood out. Otherwise, it was great for us. Location is great.
